The two-hour revision problem

The schedule lives in a spreadsheet. The deliverable is a different thing: a paginated book with a photo and the same fields on every card, room dividers and a budget summary. Rebuilding it by hand in InDesign, Canva or slides costs half a day the first time and two hours every revision, and the totals drift until someone checks.

How it works

  1. Map your columns once (room, item, vendor, finish, dimensions, lead time, qty, unit price).
  2. Pick a layout: one, two or four items per page, your logo and colour.
  3. Export a print-ready PDF. For a revision, drop the new sheet and export again.

Who it is for

Independent interior designers and small residential studios that issue FF&E spec books to clients and contractors. If your schedule already lives in a spreadsheet, you are ready.
